How To Bid
Please click on the Register to Bid button to login to your account to begin the online bidding process.
If you wish to place a max bid amount on an item, click on the picture of the item and there will be an option to do so. Be sure you double-check your amounts and have placed decimals in the correct places. Be sure that you have also placed your next bid required and your max bid in the proper boxes before submitting. If you have mistakenly placed a bid, DO NOT CALL, but E-MAIL info@openboxohio.com immediately with your bidder number, the name of the auction you are bidding in, and the item number you have placed the bid on so we can correct it as soon as possible.
The closing time of an asset is automatically extended an additional 3 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of the asset’s closing time.
Submitting a bid is a contractual agreement to pay this amount at the end of the auction; we ask that you carefully and completely review the Terms & Details provided for each auction. These terms contain vital information per auction such as the auction site, whether or not shipping is available, what time and day inspection and removal will occur, our buyer’s premium, and more – no refunds or charge backs will be allowed due to a failure to read the terms and details.
